THE CHALLENGE
Martha Turner wanted to stay in the forefront of Houstonian home buyer’s minds as the leader in Houston’s luxury real estate market. My team and I knew that simply driving traffic to listing pages wouldn’t be enough to fully reach the client’s brand visibility goals.
THE REMEMDY
We built a branded content hub that supported Houston neighborhood-themed articles, listicles, interactive quizzes, and photo galleries, all stitched together with a punchy title:
My Perfect Hous(e)ton.
We further maximized the content lifespan by partnering with Chron.com, a Facebook counterpart of The Houston Chronicle newspaper, to provide a platform for paid social media.
I was responsible for writing each piece of content for this campaign. This included researching neighborhoods and local events, strategically incorporating CTAs, and plenty of time making Wordpress tweaks. For the paid social media, I teamed up with another strategist to urge Chron.com’s already established Houston audience to drive site clicks.
THE RESULTS
- 95% increase in site traffic between the 1st and 2nd halves of the year
- 235% page view improvement from Q2 to Q3
